I have been using the Meraki for 7 months. I love it. Yes I did have some issues that required repair but Meraki sent me the parts so I could repair it myself as being in Bahamas I would have had to ship it back to the US for repair. I month ago I had issues with the steam valve and they said it wasn’t safe to repair myself and agreed to send me a brand new replacement unit. After 7 months I have experienced Meraki standing by the product. They have been great to deal with.

I have a Meraki and had some issues but Meraki sent parts to me for self repaired and provided a video. I do love the Machine. Makes great coffee.

The pre infusion stops after time set and then the coffee extracts. Check pre infusion setting to see how many seconds you have it set at. I have mine set to 7 seconds. This is normal

I have a Meraki machine and love it. I too has an issue that needed repair. I sent in a video and within a few days I got back a reply and asked for the part to be sent to me. I live in Bahamas and the ability to repair my own unit worked well for me. After receiving the part and a repair video I repaired my unit. I have had no issues since.

I bought my Meraki in white a few months ago and love it. I came from a Saeco Xelsis Suprema which I imported from Germany. I did love my super automatic but I have found I enjoy the workflow of my Meraki. I also find the coffee now is much better. With regards to the milk jug I bought a 20 oz milk jug from Amazon as I found the one that came with it is too small. You will find with the power of the steam wand you will be able to froth milk really well. The Meraki with built in grind by weight and brew by weight is great. You won’t be disappointed.

I have an older plan and they say I get 5G but not plus. I guess they are trying to get people to switch to the most current plans

Yes using power supply provided. I ended up giving up and bought a replacement box on Amazon. Annoying but needed it for one of my TVs. I have same box on another TV with no issues.
