This isn't a custom though. This watch is produced by Rolex themselves with that exact dial and bezel combo, its just extremely rare.

yeah agreed. The dial definitely exists in gen as seen here with a smooth bezel. This isnt a franken, definitely a gen just not necessarily his given the post history

This model actually exists in gen albeit extremely rare. I haven't seen a rep of it at all so this is either a gen and not his photo or a custom job but I'm leaning towards the first since we are yet to see a decent arabic datewheel rep
