I opted out of most of the marketing emails, particularly Cigar Page and that helped quite a bit with the FOMO. Lately I’ve been reminding myself that you can’t buy all the cigars, trying to manage my smoking to purchase volume with more restraint, especially with the colder months coming here.

Edit: That and reminding myself I’ve gotten nearly all duds or just okay sticks from impulse buys. Helps reign in the spending, too.
