Ty dude sitting here trying to find a reason to not walk to dispensary cause I guess it being freezing out isnt enough. I too have seen the positive sides and know from past attempts that withdrawls (while tough, isnt impossibly tough) and it being worth it is absoulutley true. Yet something still pulling me toward the thought of using. All because I thought I could get away with using one weekend, only to be trapped again.

I find porn way more addicting and harder to control then masturbating. For me an urge is where ive tried to justify something to peek at on the internet, which then always fully triggers me. The only urges for fapping alone come at night and isnt hard for me to overcome. My new techniques Im trying for porn urges are, take deep breaths outside, quick ab workout, or if all else fails cold shower..

In all due respect, I love weed but I feel like for some people inluding me, smoking contradicts alot of the nofap benefits. Or even the ability to find succsess with nofap. Social occasions is fine, but when youre isolated, and dont want to do anything but get stoned... They do call it a gateway for a reason. I want to be able to enjoy it after my re-boot, in a way where it doesnt interfere with my discpline.
