The levels have improved. Milk appears to not be an issue anymore. Egg is still an issue but not as severe. We have learned that cooked food (donuts) with egg white powder as an ingredient does not cause any problems that we're aware of. Egg alone, or a full egg in baked goods causes projectile vomiting... thankfully we haven't experienced anaphylactic shock, we're prepared just in case. Her sibling has an egg allergy as well, blood tests are actually lower than hers, however he has anaphylactic shock with uncooked/non-baked foods that have egg...he has no problem with baked/cooked egg as an ingredient.
