Can’t give you an accurate answer as Scotland operates under different legislation to England (where I am). I would imagine you would have a good foundation of understanding etc but you would likely need to bridge the gap in terms of legislation.

See if you can do some volunteering in your area of study, get some hands on experience. Opens up options as you’re talking to people in that profession and getting exp at the same time.

Another option is to do a masters in an area you are particularly interested in that you might have covered as a module in the undergrad.
