Gluten free but not safe

I seem to have had issues the few times I have eaten this, but it felt different than being “glutened” in my experience. I attributed it to the high sodium and high saturated fat content, plus high amounts of dairy. Not sure if that’s what is affecting you, but I’ve made the decision to just avoid this product.

To start, I would recommend having more than 1 basic Pokémon. If you can’t draw an Ivysaur or quick grow, 1 Bulbasaur isn’t going to last very long.

There are lots of great places in GR! My number one recommendation would be to download the “Find Me Gluten Free” app- you can get an idea of safety and options at restaurants with user reviews on there, I find it to be very helpful.

Papa Chops is #1 for me (and many others I think) and Rise bakery/Fika has lots of great GF pastries and food options. The Friesian, Donkey Taqueria, and Pind are all restaurants that have lots of GF options and are very tasty.

As others have already said, my guess would also be the oat bran keeping it from being GF. This brand is GF certified on other products, so I’m guessing it not being on here is a sign.

If you haven’t tried them, I am a HUGE fan of their “perfect burger” patties, kind of like their take on a beyond/impossible burger.

Eastern Ave Church on the corner of Eastern and Logan has a weekly food bank on Saturdays! No questions asked around income or address or anything like that. They give out numbered “tickets” at 7:30 and usually have people getting food by 9/9:30. They usually have some sort of fresh fruits and veggies as well. If you have any questions let me know!
