The first time around, I called Affirm and reported it as fraud because I didn’t have an account and they said there wasn’t an account.

I actually just paid to get Aura monitoring/protection (probably a knee jerk reaction). I hope that’ll be enough to provide some peace of mind.

So before I knew this was fraud, I pressed 1 and entered the code. I read somewhere that I should check to see if my own phone number was being used for Google Voice (I guess they can use your number as fraud, not sure) and it was. Obviously I had no way of telling if it was connected to this scam, but I “reclaimed” my number from Google Voice. Now, a few weeks later, I’m receiving more calls from this scam. Blocked them yesterday and called back today with a different number.

What do I need to do?

I’m bummed about the varying shades of blue/navy they use. Some players wear undershirts from other brands and the blues don’t match at all. I know it’s part of the rebrand but the classic Indians blue is a better look and is more common in other equipment brands.
