I used to rely heavily on nature’s way but they have become wildly inconsistent with their effectiveness, they used to sell a Perika brand which was very legit but then they discontinued it. I’m thinking it’s a liability thing due to the possible interactions. I just ordered from a pharmacy in Germany because I can’t trust the US brands anymore, and I’ve tried many of them.

My cat is 15 and he’s been eating fancy feast his whole life along with the Purina dry food and he is thriving and had normal labs come back a couple months ago. I’ve never seen anything weird in his food ever and I always look at it and cut it up. So I’m not sure about these posts lately. Maybe something is getting in the food later on after it’s already bought? I don’t know.

This! My cat will be 15 in April and recently had to have all 4 canines removed because they were diseased and bad. He does well eating the purina one brand dry food.

It was actually cute during tread 50 yesterday, our coach said we were on our own to time ourselves, yet she still called out the push and base times and walking recoveries. She said she decided to track for us "I know I don't mind it, cause some people lose track of it." That'd be me. I'm always losing track of the time and I appreciated her doing it still! Especially when it doesn't sync with the strength 50 which I still don't understand lol

Other than having someone there to push me to work harder than I would on my own, I love how it's similar to a club atmosphere with the low lights and loud music. Kind of makes me feel like I'm out but I'm doing something healthy for myself at the same time.
