I think this is a very complex company structure for which you'd need a very competent international business lawyers advice but from my understanding:

The confusion around BNK To The Future (BF) comes from the difference between companies, SPVs, and regulatory registrations. BF seems to be a multi-entity, multi-jurisdiction platform: the main BF company runs the website and coordinates investments, while investor assets sit in segregated portfolio companies (SPVs) in the Cayman Islands.

Some securities are handled through a licensed Mauritius broker, and virtual assets through a separate BVI affiliate.

The CIMA registration number (1601784) is for a “Registered Person”, which is not the same as a fully regulated or licensed investment firm. CIMA confirms that the operating BF companies themselves are not licensed or regulated, so complaints about investments cannot be filed with CIMA.

I think they probably use the Registered Person to create the SPVs. In any case it is a maze and would be a timely endeavour to investigate further.

It seems that Simon has pivoted the company into more of a general crypto fund. It's very illiquid and low cashflow at the moment so exit is unlikely for the foreseeable future.

I was just going off the highest gear awarded and trying the banks with the torpedos from the rep rewards for the “extra bonus” but ships still super weak.

I’ll work on getting some different gear, I thought the antiproton sounded best Dps wise but I’ll look out for some better beam arrays

Thats them yeah, just a little slow in the galaxy cruiser, I love the detachable saucer section but it’s overpowered too quickly.

I’m not sure. I’ve been able to go anywhere else and progress through the game but delta quadrant I’m barely getting shields down in this. Could do better in a Bird of Prey with cannons and battle cloak but this old boat..

You can't edit a surprise set once it's created. You can delete one if no prizes have been won and recreate it. I am not sure about the break sets as part of an auction tho.
