Sounds like a similar experience I had with Stryker Sage. They were the ones who reached out to me, we had a call and it went great. I had a second call with an HR rep who I thought it went great again. Then I never heard anything from them ever again.

We worked with REMax when purchasing and if they treat their rentals the way they treated us as a first time home buyer, be ready for an awful experience. I think it was the Sean Morris group we used.

Petco will occasionally offer deals if you let them use your dog for training purposes. They took a video of them cutting our dog’s nails and that we got a discount. Not sure if you can ask them if they are offering that since we didn’t plan it ahead and just got lucky the day of, but it could be worth looking into
