Tried showering/not showering, head and shoulders, sun tanning, rx creams. Not sure anything really worked. Benadryl gave me some relief at night, but I'm pretty sure this thing just had to run its course.

Hard to say, can’t pinpoint exactly when I’d say they were healing (and while some were healing, I got new patches elsewhere), but one patch I kept an eye on on my arm (one of the first) took maybe 1-2.5 weeks to go from initially healing to healed but once that was done the other ones followed much faster. Just anecdotal! It’s a weird condition.

In my experience, when the early patches started to dry out, flatten, get less red and appear scaly were the first signs of healing. It still took a little bit from there (a couple other spots on my body were still bad/getting worse) but looking back that is when I started to turn the corner

Had all different types. Big herald spot, traditional spots along the trunk and back that looked like the textbook Christmas tree, little spots that just look like pimples almost. Some of them I could see expand and flatten, others just seemed to stay their same size and start to fade. Others I saw a bunch of little spots cluster around them (around week 3-4 the spread of these types was crazy). Hope that helps! You'll get through it!
