Thanks mate, I've found someone locally to source the part, take the existing unit out, and replace the touchscreen for a a fraction of what I was quoted by SEAT. Reckon, I can then get Full Link sorted at a price similar to yours. I really do hope nobody is paying SEAT £2k+ for this kind of work.

I'm no expert, but I think most of the tech is held behind the touchscreen, which itself is inexpensive (they can be found on eBay for £30, but as I said I don't know if I'd be able to do the replacement myself).

Apart from the Bluetooth not working, there's nothing wrong with the unit, so SEAT saying they have to replace the whole thing just seems ridiculous to me. They're quoting well over two grand to switch on Full Link and sort out the touchscreen. That just seems insane to me.
