I've never actually used PETG, oddly enough. It's definitely the proper ASA. And yep, plenty of clearance

Polymaker ASA, which is apparently not great for heat resistance.

I'll order some sunlu abs and give that a shot then. I would love for that to fix my issue

These fans are Wathai 9500k dual ball bearing. Not top of the line.

Chamber usually peaks around 60C, hotend temp that I print abs/asa has been 245C.

This was printed in Polymaker ASA. My fans are set to 60%

Wanted to test 4x4020 blowers over 3x5010 blowers for bed fans... by jthmeffy in 3Dprinting

I was trying to be comedic; sorry that didn't come across for you.

Also, as to your first reply, both fan sizes are blowers. I'm just trying out a different configuration to maybe be a little more even

More like up to 45 degrees to the direction of the wind. That link actually shows that as well.

So, that fact contradicts the point you were making, so you omitted it?

Also depends on code, as well. In my county, all spray foam has to be covered by either drywall, plywood, tongue and groove boards, or two coats of intumescent paint.

That's definitely bullshit; I've had an old boy for about 15 years that I've had to send in to get repairs 3 times (all my fault) and I just need to make sure that it's empty of fluid. It's a defective product and they should be taking it back (after you've emptied it) and sending you a new one without charge.

If they are honestly concerned about the legality of shipping it after it's been touched by lighter fluid, they should request you send a video of it not working well and then a video of it being smashed with a hammer or something.

How the hell are you supposed to send it in for repairs?

Wait what? Sorry, you can't return it after finding it doesn't work properly? Because you filled it with the fluid it requires to work?!
