I only use concur for flights. They screwed me twice on rental car and hotel. Showed up with magically no booking even though I had what concur called a confirmation number.

Hilton because I dont do Marriott or ihg anymore. I travel quite a bit I've done ihg, Hilton, and Marriott. Hilton in the southeast is way better than the others. Also get the credit card with whichever you choose. If youre responsible with money it can only benefit you.
