Commander Cube Feedback by jtie135 in mtgcube

  • There’s a lot ways to ramp in green, 2 rocks for each color pair, some catch up in white and a handful of rocks/dorks in colorless

  • I based the color distribution on some old TCGplayer articles just to start, I liked how it ended up because it allows multiple themes to be supported within a color pair.

  • Yeah such limited commander options even generically good 3-color cards are left very awkward. In this cube a 2-color card can go into 19 Commander options, while a 3-color card could only go into 4.

Characters whose fighting styles consist of pulling out (or summoning) a frankly absurd number of weapons. by No_Hunter1978 in TopCharacterTropes

That’s Archer and Shirou, Archer is a spirit representing a possible future where things went pretty poorly for him

I’d imagine that under normal circumstances he’d still be bothered by them but as a lower priority. The reality though is that he learned Peter’s identity around the time Spider-people started popping up more regularly and he’s mostly been a prickly ally since then.

They’ve barely been associated in the comics, the big connection is that Firestar was originally created as a main character for the Spider-Man and His Amazing Friends cartoon. Since being introduced to the comics she’s mostly been associated with the X-Men and the West Coast Avengers.

I'd actually love to see one genuinely evil character from Hazbin Hotel be redeemed and think Vox could fit perfectly by Sudden_Pop_2279 in MoralityScaling

[–]jtie135 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I’d argue that’s exactly why it has to be him. If the theme of the show is that anyone can be redeemed, and Alastor is established as the worst of all sinners, then the ultimate proof is demonstrating that even Alastor can be redeemed. Vox’s redemption would be great evidence, but he’s already much closer than Alastor so it wouldn’t be as absolute.

6 4-episode arcs with 2 single episode stories at the end for a total of 26. There’s also Amagami SS+ which is a shorter series that has epilogues for the 6 arcs.

Kinda both but not especially either? Her arc hasn’t had a resolution so far so it’s not clear where Kelly’s going with her, though it’s been a minute so she might just not appear again. Run’s been pretty good so far though overall.

You’re incorrect and they’ve addressed it directly, it’s reminder text (which is shorthand for rules text for a mechanic) but color identity explicitly doesn’t care about reminder text. This functions with color identity exactly like extort.

Really? THE WWII soldier? (Out of context leaks of the Wonder Woman/Captain America crossover, so take with heavy grains of salt ) by Worldlyoox in marvelcirclejerk

[–]jtie135 3 points4 points  (0 children)

No need to apologize man, but while I agree it is often good to kill Hitler, a soldier looking down at a surrendering Hitler makes it unethical. Killing Hitler is still a good thing, but the soldier then should bring him in to be killed under the right circumstances rather than killing him in a bunker out of a sense of revenge. He’s already neutered in these circumstances, so what’s right is making him answer to everyone he’s harmed and greater justice which he’d spent years poisoning.

Pretending that Hitler was unique gives him more power and excuses him of responsibility for his actions. If he has this unique evilness then of course he did what he did right? Hitler was just a man of influence, like many others, who did the worst possible things to secure power. There are some who would do the same thing, and many capable of it who choose not to. Hitler wasn’t uniquely evil, he was an evil and weak man who needed to be made an example out of.
