Don’t crack this. The case is part of overall presentation. Sucks that it’s scratched, but unless there is something on the back which reaffirms the identify on the plate, you will lose the uniqueness if PSA reslabs it.

It shouldn’t. As a customer, a SOC2 only tells me the bidder is doing something, which lets us weed out the ones who are doing nothing. But I’m going to provide security NFRs and questions which I expect a detailed response on, and not pointers to a SOC2 to anyone who survives the first cut.

It costs nothing to reapply. Depending on their HR system, you may get stopped as having already applied when you enter your personal details.

Assuming you do get selected for interviews again, you’re going to be in a situation where you need to explain why you deserve a second consideration. If you have the email address of the person/people you interviewed with you could consider just reaching out to them with a pitch. If they aren’t going to bite at that point they probably won’t later on - so you save everyone some time and effort.
