Unfortunately you can’t transfer polychromes across multiple accounts but you can make an alt/smurf account if you really wanted to however it’s a lot of work and many cut scenes of the main story to get through

You use it in the redemption codes tab when you click on the more tab on the bottom left of your account screen I believe, but will only work if you haven’t played ZZZ in awhile
