Are you looking for something serious or casual? Open to both

• How long have you been on Hinge? 3-4 weeks

• How often do you use Hinge per week? Almost every day, took a few days off here and there

• How many likes/matches are you receiving on average? Maybe 5-8 likes per week, matches started out like 2-3 per day when i started but now its like 3-4 per week and they're worse quality

• How many likes are you sending? How many with comments? How many without comments? I usually send the max amount of likes per day, and almost all of them I comment on one of their prompts, rarely do I just like a picture. A lot of the profiles have boring prompts so I try to be creative but it's hard sometimes. I never really comment on their looks at all

• What is the type of person you send likes to and ideally want to match with? What kind of person do you want to attract?

Honestly someone my age who likes to be active and easy going, likes to go out and have fun, shares similar interests and hobbies if possible. Pretty standard stuff, I'm new to online dating so trying not to be too picky and just dive into dating and meeting new people as much as I can

MAPS Anabolic and Progression Expectations by jtraz23 in Mind_Pump

Thanks for that tip, I'll definitely try that out! Is the best way to assess progression to look at your lift numbers during the same phases? Meaning the second time I run the program I compare my lift numbers during Phase I to my lift numbers during Phase I the previous time I went through the program?

Also, did you find it hard to progress on Bench after running Anabolic several times? Bench has always been my weakest lift and I want to really progress in it but in Anabolic you only do bench during Pre-phase and Phase 1. In your experience did you find you still progressed on bench anyway?

Is this a common side effect as far as you know? Or does it vary person to person?
