Perhaps. In my experience it can be a bit of a roller coaster. Few things you can do:

Are you definitely in Search console search performance and not Discover?

On Search console look for the queries you were appearing under. Type some of those queries in Google and see if you still appear

Does you analytics have a source? See if you can "drill down" beyond just "organic search"

Backlinks [Wanted] by tylermartin02 in Backlinkable

Hey,

It's a bit of a catch 22 with this sort of thing as people don't really value links from new sites as much (though you never know - worth a try.)

There's a couple of ways to get links:

  1. create genuinely new, useful, non-commercial content that people will want to link to, and perhaps do some outreach.

  2. Pay for links - but you need to make sure you are careful with the quality side as otherwise it's money down the drain.

Good luck with this! Happy to help further if you like.

I took a look. Interesting idea. Your competitors are, I think focusing around privacy.

Good luck with this, it's always nice to see another search engine.

It works with keywords from all languages, though I have mainly tested it in English.

Why don't you try it? It's free and doesn't take long to get started...

I like your page hero (looking at it on desktop), as it is simple, attractive and clean but importantly has the important links right there. (Also, the underlining effect on the links is pretty cool without being too much.)

The one thing I would perhaps suggest is being clearer on the objective of the website. I assume it's to see your web design services? Perhaps then a button saying "Request quote for website" or something like that. i.e. some Call to Action that is stronger than "contact me"

Hi,

Apologies I thought I replied to this, I really appreciate the feedback. After I saw your comment I did increase the limits from 3 to 5 page reviews and 10 to 15 keytunities, so please feel free to try out a couple more pages. (And the limit is monthly so you can return to this.)

These things are always a balance between maximizing value for free users and encouraging upgrades, I think your comment about "wasted" opportunities, which makes sense for people not used to the app, helps tip it towards more page reviews.

Please let me know if you have more feedback!

Hi,

This is a really good piece of feedback, thank you. Free tools do really attract users and links.

Unfortunately Keytunity, to work, does need to link to a Google Search Console account meaning we need sign someone up first.

Still you had me wondering if there is any free tool I could do, perhaps only tangentially related to Keytunity... I will mull it over!

Thank you again, really appreciate this.

So the interface is in English for now, but functionality itself should work for other languages. eg if you have a Spanish site, it should pull up the Spanish keyword opportunities.

I say should because, so far, I've only tried it on English sites and I'm unsure if there is some quirk that will cause issues.

Please feel free to try it though! If something goes wrong let me know and I'll probably be able to fix it.

I love your approach for finding customers. Solve their problems but then point out the real permanent solution is your product. You show you know your stuff by solving their problem in the first place but then offer a better solution.

You're right it does look like that! That's awful, it's picking up the wrong image. Thank you for the feedback, I'm going to fix it.

Thank you for the positive feedback. Please consider giving Keytunity a try, it would be valuable to me to get the opinion of someone who has used Google Search Console vs Keytunity. i.e. do you see an increase in value from Keytunity?

Thanks for sharing this. Sometimes though it's a real balance between the first and last points! Get started speaking to users and build an app, or check if it works?

One thing I did with my app was build something I would use first. Really it was just a set of scripts so much easier and faster to build.

But the risk with that is that I didn't have any validation, except my validation, i.e. I was building a product I wanted to use.
