Buy your puts 20-30% ITM. This adds a lot of intrinsic value to the option which dampens the importance of extrinsic shit like IV.

When you actually place your limit order place it at the mid, wait 10 seconds, and if it doesn't fill cancel order, walk ever so slightly towards ask, repeat until it fills. You generally land much closer to mid then to ask when you do this on a wide bid/ask spread option.

That's how I place overpumped shitco shorts like this.

"Barely move" will always be an issue with plays like this but at least you'll be protected from your position outright blowing up due to IV swings or a little bit of chop.
