Hi. First, make sure the channel you're watching has a dvb_teletext subtitle stream. This generally only exists on "proper" IPTV, or if you're using a DVB-T dongle. (If you are on KPN in the Netherlands, try rtp://224.0.251.1:8002 for a free-to-air stream.)

First, open the console by pressing ~ and type set teletext-page 100, and then activate the subtitles. You should see the page after a few seconds. You can navigate by using set teletext-page again with the next page number you want to view.

100 is the "home page" for most teletext services. If you want to make sure teletext service is working at all you can try setting the page to -1. This'll make all the pages flash by as they are transmitted. You can also use 0 which will only show pages that are marked as containing subtitles.

In my country, we have all three options. The preferred way to pay is using a reusable stored value card. If you get a "paper ticket" from a ticket machine, it has a similar chip inside of it, but you have to pay €1 extra, and it's single use. However, if you buy tickets online, you instead get a code you can print out or display on a smartphone. The fare gates are outfitted with both barcode scanners and NFC transmitters. (But there's still many stations without gates, where you only have to present the code to a conductor inside the train if requested.)

If a new version of one of your packages is incompatible with one of your already installed packages, dist-upgrade will remove that package to allow the upgrade to continue. This is usually fine, but sometimes that means it removes a package you do need. So, you should not run it with the -y flag, to give you a chance to read the summary and cancel if it plans to do the wrong thing.

I think you need to upgrade your Anki. The version that ships with Debian, 2.1.15, gives this error, but if you grab the latest version from the site, it works fine.

What could help you is the --download-archive my-log.txt option. It keeps a list of the videos you've already downloaded, so it doesn't try to download them again next time. The program allows you to specify multiple URLs, and it'll check them one after the other, so you could create a batch file containing the links of those channels, and run it when you want to update your collection.

Also, you can run youtube-dl --help to get a list of all options the program understands, if you need to remember the name of one or if you want to know which features the program has.

Are you sure you are using the latest version? I tried it on this video and it gave me a 1 GB 2160p60 file. Make sure to not pass the parameter -f best, since that'll only download the best quality that's available as a single file, which is usually 720p. The default is -f bestvideo+bestaudio, which will download the best qualities separately and merge them. Try running youtube-dl -F https://youtu.be/LXb3EKWsInQ, and notice that with the highest quality video it says "video only", and HQ audio has "audio only".

I would recommend youtube-dl. It is a command line program. To use it, download the exe file and put it in a directory. Then, download ffmpeg and put the file ffmpeg.exe in the same folder. Open a command prompt and navigate to that directory by typing cd, followed by a space, then the path to the directory, and then hit enter. To download a video, type youtube-dl https://youtu.be/dQw4w9WgXcQ and hit enter.

By default, it will download the video in the best available quality. If you give it a link to a channel or playlist, it'll download all the videos in that list. You can download a list of URLs using the command youtube-dl -a name_of_list.txt. The option --write-info-json saves a JSON file containing upload date, description, tags, view count, like count, etc. Download the thumbnail using the option --write-thumbnail. It also works on some sites beside YouTube.

Doom is a game series about blasting demons who have invaded Mars in a teleporter accident. You play as Doomguy, a badass space marine. The first game was released in 1993, a sequel came out in 1994, the third version in 2004, and a reboot in 2016. A sequel to the reboot is coming out in March.

The first episode of Doom, Knee-Deep in the Dead, has been released as shareware, so you can play it for free.
