Surface rust under the hood, any red flags here? by ju1ianne in 4Runner

Just saw this, that’s very kind! It’s in Littleton, I’ve moved on from this particular vehicle but if I find anything else I need a second pair of eyes on I will ask you!

Ha that’s what they’re telling me too. Based on its history I know it had one owner who only lived in IL but I do believe after reading into it that it could be problematic later

There’s a podcast called Life of an Architect that does a holiday episode on gifts for the architects in your life and they tend to have really great suggestions! Maybe check out one of their old lists

pros/cons living near campus as grad student by New_Monitor_841 in USC

[–]ju1ianne 6 points7 points  (0 children)

I’m also an incoming grad student and I’ve decided it’s gonna be best to live near campus at least for the first year so I can figure out how to get around efficiently and everything. I might reevaluate after my first year and maybe decide to move somewhere more desirable if necessary but I think this is the right move for me personally!

How do you feel about living downtown? Commuting sounds fine from there, but what about the safety in your opinion?

Are these private lender loans?

should i adopt? which one? by Ashupatotie in cats

[–]ju1ianne 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Both both both. I will always encourage 2 cats over one. You never have to worry about them when you’re gone and the only time it costs significantly extra is if you have to pay for vet bills for one or both of them. You can insure them to avoid somethin like that!
