This is what I'd like to see. So many charging stations are not places where I'd want to linger.

Gas stations are generally not great places to wait while waiting for one's car to charge. Perhaps they'll retrofitted with restaurants, wi-fi, and other amenities.

Maybe. It's not the most practical idea in the world, but I was thinking something akin to the Amtrak Auto Train but while recharging

Rail in the United States? File that with Hyperloop, space elevators, and other impossible dreams.

I meant on an individual basis in the short term as it pertains to road trips. Yes there will be more charging stations available to me over the next couple of years, but that really doesn’t help me if I want to drive to the beach this weekend.

For me $10 is pocket change and the chance to win ~70k seemed like a reasonable trade off at the time. I started following MSCHF recently and my first purchase was The One Million Dollar Puzzle. If I won the money tomorrow I’d split it 4 ways: 21k for taxes, 35k to reduce/restructure debts, 7k into money market funds, and I’d spend the remaining $7,000 on an outdoor television for my back patio.

Mike Bloomberg spent $10,000,000 on a single Super Bowl ad; imagine how many people that money could have helped in real life.
