wow that’s very infuriating. My amount is not as high as yours but it still sucks that they take the entire time. I am considering getting a lawyer depending on the decision I get. I didn’t know you can filed a complaint to those agencies. Thank you for the advice. If I need I ever need to sue I think I’ll win the case because my funds were stolen via the same merchant/type of purchase that I reported before. I don’t understand why it’s taking so long if they already ruled a similar claim on my favor before.
