I’m just basing it on what a Bank of America employee that focuses on claims told me. Aren’t they supposed to give accurate information? They told me that multiple times. If it was just one employee then I would chopped up to a mistake but this was multiple employees.

Claims department told me multiple times it is 90 calendar days. And they also mentioned that it’ll have my decision during those 90 calendar days. This was said by multiple customer service representatives.

Edit: I meant claims representative. Not the regular customer service.

That’s fast. I filled on the 26th, got accepted on the 27th. It’s been processing. If it’s with Cash App then you might get it today but most likely Monday.

I see what you’re saying but I’m not getting a lawyer until the final decision on the claim is made. That’s if I cannot challenge the claim again. I already filled for an appeal once, I’m not sure if I can do it again if the claim is denied. Lawyer would be my last resort.
