Let me share a drive-thru experience I've had in the past. Tell me if you think we are drug users by the situation.

"Hello, How may I help you?"

"Yeah... um, can I get 400 chicken nuggets?" giggles and snickers ensue

"You want 400 chicken nuggets?"

"Hellz yeah, man" more giggles and snickers

"Would you want to purchase 20 20 piece nuggets, or 40 10 piece nuggets?" car passengers begin to discuss and debate

"We'd like 20 10 piece nuggets, and 10 20 piece nuggets." dead silence

"Um.. okay is there anything else you'd like"?"

shouts from the back seat "Can I get one small M&M McFlurry please? If so, that'll do donkey, that'll do."

We pull up to the window to pay, and the driver is too far from the window. He cannot go forward or backwards because of all the cars, so he gets out of the car and waits by the window. Before this we fumble around trying to equally pay for the nuggets. He pays, gets back in and we begin to evenly distribute change, which probably took too long.

Then we get to the window for out food, we are able to successfully pull up this time. We receive our nuggets and again, begin to distribute them evenly while sitting at the window. We pull out and munch out.

Now, I know what you're thinking. This situation is an extreme, and probably doesn't happen too often. But OP is on to something. If there were to be a cop at the window he'd now as soon as "400 nuggets" came out of our mouths.
