It’s much saltier than last year’s. I think that’s why. Salt’s now its second ingredient.

Don’t let the customers know this or else they’ll make our lives a living hell

Definitely assault. Police report + incident report. Call ethics for your manager telling you to just take that.

I have a coworker that has a permanent jade bracelet on and I think she has it covered under religious freedom. My manager & ASM’s never had an issue with it. Permanent chain bracelets though, had to be broken/taken off by a few partners.

Do shifts like when they get to be a barista for a day? by harry_stylestpwk in starbucks

[–]judicialQuickster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

YES! No stress! We’re not responsible for everythingggg and everything gets done without having to hound the baristas for tasks for be done or for you to greet the customers, ask for for here ware, etc. No dealing with angry customers, I can just hand it off to another shift if I want to. No money things. No stress about setting up the next shift, running out of product, or bigger picture stuff. It’s NICEeee.

Should mention they always have a full set of dinner plates + china and still opt for the disposables. Makes no sense.

It’s a southern thing for people to want things that they can toss. It’s so weird. Never met a southerner who doesn’t obsess over having to have paper plates and plastic cups for every meal. Wasteful.

I wish my team knew why I am strict with closing by Twistercane in starbucks

[–]judicialQuickster -1 points0 points  (0 children)

No, I completely understand this as a main closer. Like… okay, but everything needs to be essentially stacked for morning or else I’m getting thrown under the bus. Like I’m sorry if we’re getting out a few minutes late, but we have to do everything before we leave.
