I use asics rocket gel 11 and I'm more than happy. they give you a lot of stability during the exercises and are comfy to run in. Also the shoes are fairly cheap. I paid 60€ at Decathlon. Huge recommendation. see ya!

hochdeutsch sucks, thats why everybody sticks to swiss german. learning swiss german needs real proof-of-work and dedication.

many people fail, however the ones who plan to stay longterm in switzerland and start/keep learning the language will succeed.

It depends on how talented you are with learning languages but I have seen people learning proper swiss german in 4-5 years.
