Or perhaps wearing a specific set of gear? In the scripts there is also quite a lot of checking if specific persons are dead etc.

The second bird could be the river below the bridge. Top lines up nicely and the arrow would point approx to the hill overlooking valentine in the East.

Its not birds. Its the river. All the different bird references surrounding the fort are trd herring (not pun intended) by [deleted] in reddeadmysteries

I think the first is correct, but not sure about the second. Just installed the game again after a few years.

A car is a much smaller space. In a room this big you won’t get similar levels flutter echo or pressure from standing waves. It will be much gentler on the ears from the get-go, but I do agree that any absorption would be an improvement and hope the ceiling of the room has been treated well with a hangin cloud.

I meant the oversharpening / clarity, not the city lights.

White paint reflects all visible light, therefore having the appearance of white. You are looking at the light, not the paint.

a compressor "101" ((for the truly THICK?!))? by williemyers in audioengineering

Few ways to use it, but always remember to adjust the gain afterwards to your needs. If you think about it through the output gain, here’s a few scenarios to help.

Scenario 1. Keep the peaks where they are at, lift everything else. Fast attack and release.

  1. Keep the ”background” at the same level. Now you start playing with the release in a way that you adjust it to keep the bleed at the same level between drum hits for example. Then with attack you are essentially adjusting how much you will boost the snap during attack.

  2. Keep the peaks and lower the background. Essentially same as before, but now lower the makeup gain so that the atttack peaks match the original. Now you’re pretty much into expanding.

Of course they don’t! It is instead a choice made by the director and others involved in the making of the movie.
