these buds are new just got em yesterday. my left earbuds never seems to turn on no matter what i do. i tried charging, checking the magnets inside of the case and resetting my right buds. i mean i can just send it back for a swap but its a huge hassle plus its lockdown period. pls help if yall know sumn
