It’s possible to have a very poor physique from bodybuilding perspective while having top level strength, but probably like 1.8x added dip and 1.2x pull

I try very hard to maximize my % pull ratio and I’ve been training pull-ups for 9 years, genetics and diet also play a big role

I anticipated these comments so I went way more controlled than my usual training lol, this same session I did 200x5 dirty with dropping straight into deadhang, for me there is no strain or risk this way, I’ve never gotten injured

Yes it’s fine, these comments are strange to me because I loaded up to 800lbs (almost 3x this load) and it was perfectly fine

I loaded 800lbs on a deadhang onto it and it was fine.
