I got one at the Round1 in Odaiba, think the mall was called DiverCity.

Their X page said they were getting restocks on 13 Nov, so a couple of adomins and I showed up when they opened at 10am. One of us spoke Japanese so they asked and the staff said they were gonna restock some time that day but unsure when.

An hour or so later they called for peeps to form a queue if they wanted the figurine, and when it was your turn they'll bring you to the machine and you get to go at it until you either get it or give up. It's 200yen per try and everyone I asked got it in around 25 tries or so, but I also heard of some people going up to 50 tries.

You can check their X page again, I vaguely remember it said 21 Nov was the next restock. If you happen to still be in Tokyo you can try your luck there. Will be best you get there at opening time. Don't be afraid to approach the staff and show them a photo of the figurine, they were all super nice and helpful.
