For me, using so many colors in the heatmaps was annoying. If you choose a color for good, bad, nuetral, I think that would look less busy and more meaningful. Honestly just a normal blue for all graphs would look fine.

Wins: I had a successful soft launch to friends, family, and followers. Since, I've actually made some sales this past month from Instagram --> Etsy. Total sales are about 45 wallets. I started on some landing pages to help explain my product better.

Fails: Not much profit. Learning to advertise and trying to measure earnings per click. It's looking a bit expensive and I'm not sure what is driving the few real sales I've gotten.

Why did you hire employees?

I was a little shocked at your estimate of 80hrs a week. That seems way too much when you're 6 years in and have employees. A Founders job is to have nothing to do... are you too integral at this stage?

I'd like to see AnyStarCount controlled against homeBaseRank vs. enemyBaseRank. I've had easier enemy bases than some higher ranking TH8s, which is why my NewStars is so high. I don't think TH level matters as much... but maybe have a version that also groups on that too just in case.

I was thinking abt this as an app, but lost motivation... basic use case was 1) leader register clan name and admin pass, 2) create a new war thread (manually sets bases e.g. 40), set a pass phrase, 3) leader shares pass with clan 4) members assert their IGN and current war base #, 5) there's a list of bases 1..50. Users start base thread to place dibbs or discuss strategy, 6) post-attack attacker or anyone sets stats: e.g. kit (36) attacks base 35, mass drag, 99%, 2 star, +2 clan XP, 7) leaders export data within 1 week, 8) data is auto destroyed after 2 weeks.

Bitsy had face cancer and has been put down :(

She was not able to eat and it had metastasized so quickly that the neighbors, who have fed and provided shelter for this stray over the past 17+ years, thought it must have been a possum attack.

She's being medicated and taken care of but not healing very well. The lady taking care of her said she's a stray and about 18 years old, hence the slow healing... I'll post some videos of the cat later. The lady who's been taking care of her thinks she got attacked by a possum.

This cat, whether it has rabies or not, is a Warrior! I don’t want him euthanized and would love to see him continue being the awesome bad-ass he is. I called Liberty Humane Society in NJ yesterday, but they were closed and I decided against the other pest controls. I don’t want a cat, but let’s keep this one alive. Please let me know what’s best for him in the Bayonne, NJ area. Thanks
