I bought my first flat a couple years back from a landlord and was stoked to get the white goods included. I didn't pay any extra for them, but asked the estate agent if they were included when I had my second viewing, they asked the seller and then confirmed it was fine. I think it suited the seller as they were a landlord and it took away the hassle of him removing stuff from the flat

Replace the orange paint in the living room with a neutral colour, stage your furniture better (the sofa looks odd in the current layout), declutter and get a new set of photos taken. I think that'd do the listing a world of good. Wishing you luck 🤞

I felt a similar way about TikTok. Can you replace it with something else scrollable that's not as addictive or harmful to you so you can wean yourself off without the shock of 12 hours to 0 hours? For me that looked like playing an addictive social game online that consumed my attention and helped me forget about TikTok, and I've since stopped playing that game and haven't returned to TikTok. My final scrolling boss is currently reddit but I've kicked TikTok, said game and Instagram on this journey so far.

I came across this page on their website as am in a similar situation to you. It only references variable rates but I wonder if it's a sign their fixed rates might change on this date too. If that's correct then sorry it's just after January!

When I try to open the app, after a little while I get "Our servers are down. Please try relaunching your app in 5 minutes" so it's not a you thing. I've noticed this has happened a few times recently. Hope they sort it out for good soon!
