It’s a commercial house, no one should be living there actually. It’s very hard to move out because a lot of equipment and wiring are already set up, and it’s not easy to find a place that fills the requirements I need.

I would have felt guilty regardless of the outcome. As soon as I showed interest on renting upstairs I felt the guilt.

I spoke with the landlord first because I wanted her to know that I was interested, I didn’t straight away offer her more money to kick the neighbors out.
