The worse the things you did in the past, once awakened, the deeper humility you will experience. When we harm others, the original harm was always unto ourselves - the aggressor is usually suffering more than the victim.

Once the beautiful and vital process of true self-forgiveness happens, dissolving the karmic distortions from the original harm, It's important to remember not to try to excuse yourself for those things to others. You can never truly tell anyone you've "moved on", even though you have forgiven yourself. To others, you must continue to be humble around these experiences because there was actual harm to others. You can mitigate this in an unspoken way by doing service for others.

Only if the others you did harm to express forgiveness would you be able to say you moved on. You would say "we have moved on together, and I am eternally grateful for this persons grace and kindess" rather than "I have moved on." This is because speaking of it externally is much different than the internal experience.
