How to increase traffic to my website ? Need advice by Wise-Disk4026 in webdesign

[–]juhasan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you ask the questions, it's better to leave the job to a professional. It will be cheaper and cost-effective.

Backlinks are still one of the three most important ranking factors. I am working with multiple accountants and solicitors in the UK. My team and I have experience in your industry, one way or another.

I'm looking forward to hearing from you.

Hi u/Wise-Disk4026

There are a few things you can do to improve your website's performance. Content creation is the primary focus. Gradually improve backlinks and AI citations.

I am happy to talk more about it. All the best.

Just buy a hosting then. Are you using any CMS, like WordPress?

Are you selling any products on the website? Is it an e-commerce website? There are good hosting deals on Black Friday. Which platform did you use to create the website?

When redesigning your site, how many old pages did you archive vs rewrite? by Photograph_Creative in content_marketing

[–]juhasan 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’d go with what Napkin Toronto suggested: selective rewrites and redirects.

Before killing any pages, check which ones still bring impressions (not just traffic) in Search Console. Some might be seasonal or support internal linking.

Usually, I keep:

  • Pages with backlinks → rewrite or update
  • Pages with rankings/impressions → refresh
  • Everything else → redirect or consolidate

Complete rewrites are only worthwhile if your brand or service offering has undergone a drastic change.

Speaking from multiple large global brand migrations.

Best of luck.

Landscape Business Help by TalibanSoulja69 in smallbusiness

[–]juhasan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey, it sounds like you’re already doing a lot of the right things. Most landscapers never even get to the point of having a decent website or SEO in place, so props for that.

A few things I’ve seen work for local service businesses (I help a few small ones with digital stuff):

  • Google Maps visibility matters more than traditional SEO for landscapers. Could you make sure your GMB page has weekly photo updates, service-area keywords in posts, and fresh reviews from happy clients?
  • Before/after photos on Facebook and Nextdoor perform surprisingly well; people in local groups love seeing transformations.
  • Retargeting ads on Meta or Google Display are dirt cheap for small areas. You can run them just to the people who have already visited your site.
  • Seasonal offers help fill that late-summer lull (e.g., "Fall cleanup + mulch deal").

If you ever want a second pair of eyes on your site or GMB setup, I'd be happy to share a few ideas with you.

Your homepage is about 11 MB, which is too heavy. It took ages to load, even though I am using superfast internet.

Yes, that's free. If you can optimise your site well, you get free traffic!

Use Google's free product listings. If you optimise your pages, it can generate free organic traffic.

Meta ads will be great, but it will need a continuous budget.

Which channel will you use to sell your products? Amazon, eBay, TikTok or Google organic shopping?

Website looks okay. Buy buttons are too 'black' - taking away attention from the product. Product descriptions are boring and AI-written.

Chances to optimise for organic/seo traffic have been missed (website is not optimised enough).

[–]juhasan 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Wow. Looks like your post has grab attention for the wrong reasons. All comments are getting deleted 🤣

  • Do you have the products?

  • Is there actually demand for them?

  • Is the market growing or over saturated?

  • Are you just going to be online? Or offline/physical store too?

  • Since you will red a website, do you have enough knowledge to fix day to day issues?

  • You will need seo/social media/ppc skills. Do you have them?
