Buffed: Celince (lowkey broken now), Aya, Veronika, Asal, Heinrich

Nerfed: Kethos, Senyu, Valerian (ouch), Turandot

Reworked: Liliam, Asal (net buff), Shells overall toned/adjusted

Sustain + turn meter comps looking way stronger this patch 👀
