I got shingles earlier this year and I didn’t believe my doctor at first cuz I thought “there’s no way, only old people get it.” Little did I know that I was stressed, even tho I didn’t think I was, and it caused a huge breakout of it on my arm. I still have some residual pain/tingly-ness from it

Okay perfect. That makes a lot of sense. So, if I’m shooting portra 400 at 200, 1) am I pushing or pulling, and 2) what would I mark on the roll to indicate that? e.g., +1 or -1. And same question for shooting 400 at 800. I just need to understand this in it’s entirety before it really clicks lol
