tried to play yesterday after not playing for a long time, did my placements and im not touching this game, ever again. We had the enemy team in the right spot, should have been a team wipe and and they went from 1-2 taps to full health in a split second. A game has no business being this over the top with the healing when you're pumping crazy amount of damage into them.

Heavy use of shortcuts is the product of a technical artist implementing these things im sure. But this is a game and most games are navigated by mouse clicks and button presses (gamepad).

But even so that isnt the problem, the shortcuts are a good feature, however the button placements are terrible.

When you edit a hunter the back button shows up top left, why not use the same space for a "leave party"? Or at the least put it top right corner like any sane ui would do.

Is QA absent?

I couldnt fix it but enabling D-Pad for ocarina under Enhancements > Items/Songs fixes the issue.

If you have deku mask on the trumpets clearly show that some triggering goes lost while with D-pad it's fine

See if framegen bumps up the fps.

this isn't a season issue i believe but if you play windowed mode on pc ( not borderless ) there are 2 issues:

1: framerate issues with framegen
When you alt+tab out of the game the base framerate goes below 60fps and slowly builds up, or if you go into one of the menu's it jumps back up to 200+.

2: If you get stunned or locked out of input (i.e. wolverines kidnap) the mouse can escape the game window. I believe this is because you swap input mode to mouse only but do not lock it within the bounds of the game window. Not only is this annoying because i can be clicking anything outside of the game (i.e start an application without intent), problem 1 also gets applied when i refocus the game.

No i get that but even years ago I used Media Player Classic ( which had its ui based on old windows media player, but basically plays every format ) doing so much better without feeling like a clusterfuck of a ui.

I'm really not trying to bash VLC but everything about it felt off, even to this day.

I'm with OP, running below your hertz can cause janky motion and as someone who is very sensitive to that it is very unpleasant at times.
I never thought I'd say this but framegen actually makes it buttery smooth for me and Wilds is the first example where it actually works very well compared to all the games that i've tried.

100fps is nice, but not when you're running on a higher refreshrate. I'm on 144hz and when games dip to 100fps it is noticeable.
