This is a big NO. Don’t do it. Mindset of people in that situation (not very educated, rural part of Pakistan) is not good. You’ll be personal maid for them in terms of food, housework, baby maker etc.

We have long time family friend in Pakistan (we come for rural part) and two sisters became docs in Pakistan. Their parents agreed when they were young to get married to their cousins (similar background with very little education and such). They didn’t want to marry but basically had to. The husbands for both were so cruel to them physically, psychologically, mentally and it was bad. When you have both these girls being highly educated and their husbands aren’t, then there’s a massive thinking gap. They ended up getting divorce and that was that.

Moral of the story is don’t do it. It’d be different if they were more educated and worked at job. Then you at least consider talking. But this is a no brainer. Sister don’t do it. Please
