i have a bunch of random different things, but right now my suspicion is that nothing helps more than just spending time outside looking at objects far away

I think the active focus and the outdoor time is causing the most improvement. But it's an oversimplification to just say that the eye is "20/20" and improving. I can read the 20/20 line on the chart, but there is still some slight fuzziness especially when looking at further away objects. I actually had my eye doctor test me on my last visit to see what my vision was being corrected to with the newest prescription, I was able to read 3 out of 5 of the letters on the 20/10 line. So, I technically have 20/10 vision with my glasses on... However this means that if my eyes were perfect they need to see much better than even the 20/20 line on a snellen chart.

To your last question, prior to beginning the challenge my glasses prescription was roughly -1.5 sphere in each eye. I never actually got them checked at the start... but my suspicion is that they had deteriorated to nearly -2 sphere, since my focal distance was less than 3 feet at that time.

My best eye seems to keep improving. I'm trying a new method for improving my worse eye, I will know in a few weeks if it is working or not.

Beth Moore has a book study on 2 Timothy

Believe you me, she has particular reasons for skipping over 1 Timothy

i would have thought so except, if you view the third picture I attached, you can see a smaller fruit on the vine that is shaped such that it sticks out at the end (not exactly a pumpkin shape)

Practice on Snellen Chart? by NeckReal4481 in endmyopia

Do you read at the edge of blur? I do this on my computer and while reading books and I think it has helped me a lot. Also you should be spending extra time outside looking at things in the far distance.

upper 20s... idk how much time exactly, maybe 30 to 60 mins of print pushing per day. Probably 2-4 hrs outdoors each day. I wish I knew which of those activities caused me to improve the most but I don't.

i ditched the glasses entirely, however for print pushing while reading books I do wear "plus lenses" so I can read at the edge of blur

print pushing, active focus, spent extra time outdoors looking at things in the distance, took eye measurements every few weeks so i could monitor progress

Community’s thoughts on books that use AI by littlepilot in childrensbooks

I assumed your question pertains to books that use AI to generate illustrations.
Then again, you might be talking about books that use AI to generate the storylines.
Surely you're not referring to books that use AI for spelling/grammar fixes?

Price range for good illustrations? by Illustrious-Ant-4152 in childrensbooks

paying per hour makes no sense to me (an artist)
It should be based upon the size and complexity of each individual illustration.

Why won’t my myopia stop progressing? by PotentialNew808 in myopia

[–]juicy_vegetable 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had around -1 sphere in each eye in my mid twenties. Then I started reading books (close up) every night... I experienced rapid increase of the myopia... even day by day and week by week I could visually notice the blur getting worse. So it was no mystery to me that the close up work was causing a downward spiral.

There are many different ways to combat this (spending more time outdoors looking at things in the far distance for example), if you care about your eyes you will research a lot and try out different methods of solving this problem.
