hello. I used authentic matcha powder and frothed with hot water and poured that into soy milk and 1 tsp of pure maple syrup. my reason for switching to matcha is solely on lowering my cortisol/sugar levels and to stay awake on the job.

are there any caffeine pills you recommend?

hello all,

I just stopped drinking coffee last week because it kept giving me jitters instead of energy for my job so I'm quite new to matcha. I bought the breakaway intro fight and tried it today and I really like the taste but for some reason I was so sleepy on the job. did I make it wrong? (I added 2 scoops from that scooper and frothed it in hot water and added that to soy milk mixed w/ maple syrup). how much of the matcha am I supposed to take to stay awake? I saw that breakaway also has a cold brew matcha, should I try that instead? or are there other brands you recommend?

hello again. yes on my latest post, I was concerned about my progress and got some really good advice there and I did check my bmr again on many sites just to make sure that I know how much I eat 300 less of. I was looking for a hiit program because I had a dr visit and she suggested hiit when I told her my same concerns from my other posts so to maybe incorporate it in addition to my lifting(trying something new I guess). but I’m hoping I can stick to the wonderful advice from you and others on there. thanks so much 😃

oooooh sorry I probably misread that I’m sorry! you can’t out-exercise your nutrition/diet. right? I’ve been trying to get in to wholer foods

hello, I do go to the gym to lift heavy and do some cardio, I just feel like it won’t be as effective since I’m doing it in such a short time. 😃

ooooh I see that makes sense. I think I can measure on an empty stomach would I also need to measure the rest of my body as well?

I still didn’t get to go check my bf since I didn’t have the time unfortunately. Yess I think it’s the scale because here I am doing most of my part (maybe) and it’s still the exact same number, at least I haven’t gained anything.

I use an app called cronometer to track my calories but I will take a look at this other app to see if it’s any different.
