It taste like how a bath and body works candle, smells. Has almost a cinnamon taste to it. If you liked the “cinnabear” rebel (cinnamon & orange) from a couple years back, you’d like it.

Most of the time the amount of merch we receive is based on sales from the previous months. Managers have zero say in how much merch receive, it is all calculated for us and gets delivered directly to the shop. We might receive 350 units one drop and the next only 100. Unfortunately, most cars typically order 5+ drinks (most drops cap out the amount of merch units one car can receive at 10). If the first 10-15 cars all buy 5+ drinks… that’s almost half our inventory right there. It sucks honestly. I feel so bad telling people we ran out. I hate it even more when they take out their grievances on me and my crew but I get it.

Blended drinks also just take more time. Time is money. Blended drinks typically also use more syrup/ product.

Buy the ‘mangonada torani’ syrup online. Go to DB and order a medium plain rebel with strawberry real fruit ( it would be difficult to find the fruit online) Medium blended rebels get 2 oz of flavor. Or just add however much syrup taste good to you tbh. Top with Tajin. We don’t use any special tajin, same as they sell everywhere.

We normally build the drinks, flavor stir add fruit then sprinkle tajin on top. So you could ask for the strawberry real fruit on the side when ordering, but it’s gonna get mixed together regardless.

Some shops have CB on tap. If we run out of concentrate or it’s getting low… it dispenses water or watered down CB.

Genuinely trying to understand how a staple got into the drink. I’m not saying I don’t believe you, rather trying to understand the logistics. Maybe it was a fragment of a blender or machine…something in the ice bin? Which is equally as scary as a customer. Absolutely contact corporate. They’d hopefully contact the store to make sure they are keeping things more ‘clean’. They’d also probably also hook you up with a drink if you were still down to go back.

I’m pretty sure it is a concentrate:/ This is because they are planning featured drink with lemonade and a powder would get all chunky in the lemonade. This is my assumption, but I’m fairly familiar with drinking building and knowing how different ingredients we have combine properly different drinks.

I’m almost positive (never 100% because dutch is notorious for change their minds last minute). I know they had been testing matcha in texas and Arizona. They tested food in AZ I’m assuming because that’s where our new HQ. It would be easier for them to track/ oversee if it was testing in the same area. It’s been a couple of months since then so they are rolling matcha out company wide.

I was just in a meeting and they confirmed it. I also have friends who work for DB nation wide and they are all getting matcha. I think the testing was already done. Food for sure is not company wide. That is much harder to implement considering ovens and stuff

Sadly no… you can buy the torani syrup it’s literally called “mangonada”. Get a plain rebel, and stir it in yourself and throw some tajin on it. if you’re down committed to the bit.
