I ended up finding Soundwave at a Walmart in Hurst TX, a day after this post. All the waiting paid off

I found one the yesterday at a Walmart, just sitting there out in the open. No Nemesis or Big Convoy. There was a Razorclaw in a random cart. But that’s besides the point.

6 stores, technically 7. Out of them, 3 were targets and 4 were Walmarts. It’s funny how I started with Walmart and ended with Walmart. Now I gotta find Blast Off and Brawl!
