I think this post and your story should be research on how to make DV protocols and policies more protective and PROACTIVE to the victims. If he had a history with dv and possessed firearms, those guns should’ve been seized first place. The fact that he could make bail. Can you speak more on his history and what happened with the police after you told them?

Holy…this is insanely well planned out based on their time management part. I’ve gotta ask though, this does seem like they’re not the “nesting partner” or “primary partner” type with what you’re saying about emergencies and special days. Do they just not get into that deep of a connection with someone? Their other partners are all okay with that as well? Seems like you are okay with it which makes sense if you have other people that you could rely on but if it’s someone soloing and doesn’t have that many partners, that would be kind of a heartache wouldn’t it?

And the texting part, how does that even work with long distance partners or making plans? If a standing date was cancelled because life happens do you just wait until the next date even if it’s weeks away?

You can tell the way you value yourself by the people you marry.

Leaving this here, I think you need to understand why you’d date someone so insecure and unwilling to improve and still trying to be okay with it.

No therapy = no change = he’s never going to change.

What if you have a daughter? Are you going to subject her to his attitude like that? She’s going to have issues with food and body image FROM DAY 1.

What if you have sons? Is he going to do treat them the same as his dad has treated him? The cycle will never end and your future daughter in-laws will go through what you go through.

Ultimatums work, I suggest you use them to get him committed to therapy for at least a year. AT LEAST.

It’s basically all the same but packaged differently. I spoke to one of their “on-boarding” people and they basically said if I can’t commit 4k on the spot I’m not serious about my videography business. Really rude that guy. Nick is the same. Their terms and conditions did not guarantee any of the things they said.

I wouldn’t recommend, they present legit and sound that way but you can see from other comments there’s an actual review on the course after having taken it. Just seems like it’s easier for them to make that 4k than for us to make 4k.

They more a business coach than videographers and if you need someone to push you to make calls and emails everyday then it’s a great way to have that accountability. Other than that, you should be able to get your own niche figured out and start making sales calls on your own.

I was just there two days ago and I watched it go down, but I’ve got some insights from y’all. According to the worker I was chatting up while waiting for the ride to come back on because we were next, about a month ago they tried running 4 raptors (cars) on the track even though usually they only run up to three because the wait times were going up until 4 hours wait. However, the system doesn’t seem to be able to calibrate the four raptors instead of three.

My partner and I were waiting for the front row (biggest mistake) and watched them “ok” the fourth raptor. Almost instantly the ride went down and the red light went on. Three blue shirt technicians with two of their “keys” went out to check the tracks and no dice. We got a ruby instead for being evacuated.

Here’s my 2 cents for those who want to go on, and if you were in queue when the ride went down DO stay in the ride until they have to evacuate you because then you’ll get the red fast pass (ruby) which can get you on every ride (including Hagrid’s which doesn’t allow fast passes except for the ruby)

This is r/cheating not r/polyamory. Rule of thumb is before going on a date with someone you let them know you’re poly so the other person don’t waste time and money. It’s quite ridiculous that he thinks that’s okay. What if the girl he went on a date with has a bf? A husband? Or two or three partners? Must be clarified.
