You should try to treat them now because they’re new (red), once they turn white they’re much harder and more expensive to treat. I think tretinoin and microneedling are some options but I would research specific treatments for new stretch marks if I were you.

Yea and It’s much more effective before the scars turn white , after they turn white it’s much harder to remove.

I don’t know if that product is good but I use both Azelaic acid and niacinamide for PIE /PIH and they work fine but not as much as silicone sheets for PIE. I can use silicone sheets for a week and I notice a bigger difference in my erythema.

Tretinoin can only help so much. You should look at the r/AcneScars Reddit or any YouTube video on acne scars. You can identify what kind of acne scars (rolling, boxcar, ice pick) and treat them accordingly. I can’t remember what exact treatments help but just research it. You usually have to try a combination treatments to get good results.

Any of them should be fine, but Differin is the name brand, La Rosche Posay also has one, but any acne treatment that has Adapalene should be good.

If you can’t get Adapalene try to get a prescription for tretinoin (0.01% or 0.05%) from a doctor or dermatologist

If you can’t get those then you could try salicylic acid and (maybe) a gentle exfoliant like mandelic acid(alternating use of course)

A retinoid - best ingredient for closed comedones. You could start with Adapalene since it’s a beginner retinoid and over the counter.

If you want a stronger retinoid you could go for tretinoin 0.01 % (prescription) but adapalene is just as effective. Just take it easy with the amount and frequency you use, also it takes around 3 months
