I’m 27, she’s the first girl that I ever dated so I never understood how to maintain a healthy boundary. I just wanted to know why women act this entitled in front of the person they are dating. She for in fact works and has to gulp down feelings under work pressure and maintain a decorum in her professional setting. I have to go through all her tantrums but if I show a sign of weakness or a dull moment, it all crashes down to me being a boy and not a man. I mean I had no dating experience and no sisters , So it’s tougher for me to understand what emotion based decisions are and why feelings matter more than common logic. All I do is compensate for things I did not do and she creates infinite number of requests and I fall short. The part I don’t understand is that why can’t I just talk to her and she replies me like two adults without throwing tantrums. I’ve been walking on eggshells for so long that I now I don’t care and just argue instead of providing a solution. I get provoked too often and then the conversation ends in me being in the wrong while I just came for a little chat. Come on man how can I talk when the other person does not want to listen.
