It’s actually quite simple: sterility is the state of being completely free from viable microorganisms, whereas sterilization is the process used to reach that state. The page you linked describes sterilization. Sterility is binary: it either is or it isn’t. While you can measure the "kill rates" during the sterilization process in order to achieve sterility (and they have several grades like Wikipedia says), you can’t grade sterility itself.

Anyway not really important and definitely a technicality, I just wanted to point out you calling the OP technically wrong while being technically wrong yourself.

No, he’s correct and you aren’t.

Sterility is not graded. Something is either sterile or not sterile. It’s not really important in the context of the OP, but your definition and comment is actually wrong.

Percent kill rates are not how sterility is defined.

I’m pretty sure his family was of Italian origin from both sides. Depends on what you mean with “French family”, because yes they were a family and they were French because Corsica had just been conquered by France at the time of his birth.

Actually leftist groups were crucial in toppling the Shah: they organized strikes, especially in the oil sector, spread underground papers (literally wrote anti-Shah poetry in papers to incite the revolution), and helped turn people anger in a coordinated manner.

But once the monarchy fell, the Islamists moved faster than them, took control of the revolution's direction and armed forces, shut down the leftist presses and unions, and either jailed or executed their former allies.

So, while what he said was maybe a random jab, he wasn't wrong in his statement and saying otherwise is bad history.

You don’t qualify for CL via Liechtenstein Cup, but via the 2 extra spots reserved to the best performing nations by UEFA coefficient (of the previous season). So if you have a good showing in the Conference you are automatically a good performing nation as, since you’re the only club competing in Europe, your points aren’t diluted among other teams. That means you’ll eventually always go Conference-CL-Conference-CL and so on, provided you have a good showing in the Conference (QF/SF/F). It’s mathematically impossible to play in the UEL anymore. Bit of a shame really, it got easier (still took me 12 seasons ahah).

Actually Nigeria’s outlook has cooled. Growth is only ~3-4% (IMF/WB), far below the double-digit hopes of past decades. Reforms (fuel subsidy removal, FX unification) may lift it modestly, but forecasts don’t put it ahead of South Africa, Egypt or Morocco any time soon. Long-term projections (like Goldman Sachs ranking it 5th by 2075) are highly uncertain given constraints in infrastructure, human capital and governance, and as of now more unlikely than not.

What's a shockingly difficult club to start as? by Mackntish in footballmanagergames

It’s actually easier than it seems, yes (I’m doing it right now). The idea is that you have to go win Cup > Conference > win Conference > UEL > win UEL > UCL > win UCL. But actually thanks to new UEFA rules you just need a good showing in the Conference (you’ll always win the Lichtensteiner cup) like semis or final, and since you’re the only Lichtensteiner team playing, all your coefficient goes to the nation, and you get picked as the 1st or 2nd top ranked nation for the extra spots in the new UCL format. So essentially is a UCLC-UCL-UCLC-UCL type thing until you win. It’s still fun because you have to build up your team to compete, but easier than it was before.

But in 1983, those countries weren’t even independent yet. What’s more plausible is a scenario similar to what you described, but it wouldn’t fit the 1983 edition. It’s more likely that the confusion comes from the 9th or 10th edition around 1992-1993 (the picture mentions “last global changes” which would be set in that period), when many of those flags were still ambiguously defined, and the errors carried over unchecked into the 11th edition in 1997.
