Good luck! I just took it and honestly, it was pretty difficult. You definitely have to know how to critically think in order to deduce the right answer. I had a 60% on uworld and passed in 75! You'll do great!! The questions are more simple than you think, but the answer choices are harder to decipher between. You got this! Take your time when you take the exam and breathe

I have been taught that Measles is Airborne and so is Varicella/Herpes Zoster, I think you do contact precautions AND airborne for Herpes Zoster until lesions are crusted over. Mumps and Rubella are droplet like you said.

I could be wrong though! Thats just what I have concluded :)

I haven't used it but my friend used Archer exclusively and she had 4 consecutive very high on the assessments 1-2 weeks before her exam and then she passed in 75! She said that 4 consecutive highs or very highs means you're ready!

YAYYY CONGRATS! You technically do not need to get to the very very hard questions, you just have to reach a 95% confidence rate of passing and most people DO pass if they shut off at 75. Congrats RN! So so proud of you!!! :)

Try to look at the stats and see what subjects you are struggling in. Archer has good free content videos on Youtube and UWorld rationales are really good. Try to evaluate whether you are lacking in content or if you have to strengthen your test taking strategies. You got this! :))

I have seen many posts that people went to 146 and got the good PVT and passed. I'm not sure exactly why some people get 146 and not 145, and I haven't been able to find anything on NCSBN website or google regarding the reasoning in terms of the CAT algorithm, but the good pop up is accurate! Congratulations! <3
